10yo old son doesn't like to whine much about anything, but started complained about his heels hurting after playing sports (basketball, baseball). Thought he sprained his ankle but that wasn't it. Turns out his heel pain was just due to his growth spurt. While it's not uncommon, it was still painful regardless. I tried orthodics but could not find the right one to fit his shoes. I decided to give these a try.He said they worked! He helped reduce the pain tremendously and he can practice longer without having to take breaks. I highly recommend these. The only thing is that they don't last that long. After a few washes, the integrity of it decreased. Don't expect these to last for an entire season. You may need to buy a couple orders. They need to work on durability otherwise great product.
