Review on 🛏️ SoftHeat Perfect Fit Smart Heated Electric Mattress Pad - Low Voltage Technology, Micro-Plush Top, King, White by Tom Lawson

I have now purchased two of these Perfect Fit micro plush heated mattress pads (King) through Revain. I also purchased two queen size waterproof mattress pads from them. I've never had any problems with mattress pads, they've worked great for years. I thought the micro plush under the sheet might look weird, but it's actually very cozy. The pillow gets warm but never too hot like some of the others I've had. This is a weaker heat, but perfectly adequate. Also, they have great customer service - I ordered a queen topper at the end of the season but didn't open it until a year later. Then I found that one of the controllers was not working. I emailed customer service and even though the warranty was expired they emailed me how to check if the controller was broken and they sent me a new (working) controller within a few days. I have washed these mattress pads many times. I put them in the front washer on the gentle setting, then in the dryer for 15 minutes on low heat, then switch to no heat or lash for another 20 minutes. Then I hang them on the railing to dry. They clean great. I am very satisfied with this company and their products. I just bought another one, let's see if it holds up.
