intermittent best in e-collars

works great when it works but often doesn't for some reason. I even touch it with my fingers and press the button and it doesn't send any charge and then all of a sudden it sends something like a big one so I can't rely on it to work and I'm not sure why I do it reconnect and make sure it's charged but it's still intermittent. Of course you can tell when this happens, although my dog reacts very well to it.
