We had many new bodies, but only one scanner. I have the same brand as the ones we've all used in the office to scan vehicle VINs, but this scanner adds an "I" to the beginning of the VINs depending on the document being scanned. I contacted the seller to see if they could create a code for us to get rid of as we did this with a different scanner and it can scan all the documents correctly. They emailed me a code that I already had that removes the first character. However, this also removes the first character in the wine that is not preceded by an "I”. Basically they told me since I bought more than one program, just program one to get rid of the "I" and not the other. Which doesn't really work as there are several people using these scanners for different purposes. I basically took her response as "Okay, find out." In summary, the scanner is great and easy to set up. On the other hand, the seller leaves a lot to be desired.
