I bought it to replace a 1-terabyte WD that started to "crumble", 8 years of operation - this is still a term for a hard drive. I didn’t bother with a long choice, I bought something bigger and cheaper, because. There is a main system disk - ssd for 250 GB. However, the drive was very pleased with almost complete noiselessness (the old WD 7200 rpm constantly reminded of itself), high access speed (there is no lag due to the mechanical spinning of the pancake, apparently the buffer compensates for this) and a fairly high read/write speed. It won’t work as a system disk, after all, it’s an HDD and it won’t jump “above your head”, but as a disk for data, it’s very pleasing so far, because. it holds a lot, it doesn’t make noise, it doesn’t slow down and generally doesn’t remind of itself in any way, this is what you need from a hard drive.
