I was misled

" Q: Is this an Xbox keyboard and mouse adapter? Answer: Yes, it can be used for your keyboard and mouse on XBOX. "Maybe it's just me, but mouse and keyboard doesn't work the way I thought it would. I don't think the Xbox is responding to my mouse and the keyboard works as if it was plugged into a different port. I bought it when I saw the quote above, with the impression that I could use it to play games with a mouse and keyboard. I couldn't get him to do it.
