Review on Beech Lane Resistant Perfomance Conditions by Andrew Dickens

I fitted this Beech Lane 31705 water valve assembly for Thetford Magic V toilets to a Zinger Z1 trailer and it has caused nothing but heartache and annoyance from day one. The toilet started leaking badly again for the 3rd time in 5 years and I was back at the dealer claiming they should replace these valves for free as the factory originals are junk when I heard the service center guy online with the techs Talked about parts and ordered this valve because it is so much better. Well I saved myself a lot of money by ordering the valve myself and changing it myself with no trouble. Dealer service estimate was $376 for the valve and labor, my actual cost was the price of the valve valve and $1.79 for the Super Big Diet Dr. Pepper from Speedway available for installation. The valving is fantastic, it comes with a new rubber o-ring for the floor and the wonderful people at Beech Lane. It's a breeze, GET THIS VALVE and a flexible faucet hose to relieve the pressure and you're done and happy as long as you have your RV. Oh I had one very small complaint, no one told me how bad it would smell if I pulled the toilet from the holding tank. Clean and deodorize the tank first, trust me on this one.
