I like that it's very powerful, with many tools for creating forms or other types of documents to be used in my organization (a bank). It also has some useful modules/tools such as time off request module which is really helpful when you have employees working from home sometimes but not others times during certain periods due to business needs etc.. Sometimes there are issues using this tool if your internet connection isn't great at all so make sure yours can handle things without lagging! A lot easier than having paper files everywhere since we're now able to keep track easily through our system instead of physically going around looking up employee information ourselves by hand.
