The best thing about this software is that it has all of my customer information in one place, so I can see everything at once! It's also very easy to use for any level user - even non-techies like myself were able fix their own issues within minutes (and they're not computer savvy).
We've been using primary insight since we started our business almost 5 years ago now & have had no problems with them or anything else related as well. They are always there if you need help which makes me feel more comfortable than other companies out here who don't seem interested when things go wrong/not working properly etc..
