I like that you can search for jobs by keyword, location or industry sector. You also have an option of filtering your results using various criteria such as job title/description etc., which is good because it makes narrowing down what kind of positions are available much easier than if there was no filter at all! The only thing about this software would be its price tag (it's not cheap). It isn't very intuitive. There needs to be better training so people know how to use it properly. Also, they need to offer some sort of free trial period where users get used to their system before committing fully (this way we don't feel too rushed when signing up). This tool has been helpful in finding employment opportunities through our organization. We've found many candidates who were unaware that these types of career opportunities existed within our field.
