Didn't work AT ALL with Lenovo Legion Y540 Windows 10

on the software saying the printer will be connected and once the printer is detected the program will update and continue running. However, after plugging it in and trying again, the software did not recognize the printer. I sent an email to their support team and received no reply. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! Just buy a better known brand. I've learned my lesson.
