The best part of this product is its ability to handle many different types of calls which makes it more flexible than other products I have worked with previously. It has been difficult at times trying to figure out how everything works together but once you get used to it there are no issues that come up during normal use. This system can be improved upon though by adding new features if needed or changing existing ones as they become outdated (such as not being able to search through all conversations easily). A unified platform would make our process much easier since we now do one call type instead of having several people talking over each others' shoulders when dealing with multiple aspects.
