New recipe or bad batch?

I've been using this product (plain blue raspberry and fruit punch) for several years and it's been great. This time the powder looked a little different (it was pure white, now with a bluish tint). When mixed, a blue liquid with a pleasant taste and a slight acidity was obtained. Now it turns blue and foams heavily and tastes more sour than before. It doesn't seem to have the same effect as before. I tried using it for a month to see if I would get used to it or if the lack of effects was just my imagination. I'll try again to be sure, but if it's the same I'll switch brands.
