Most Chinese products are now undocumented. This product is NOT the same. It has excellent documentation and works exactly as documented. Excellent work. I was also happy that it was rated for 15 amps. I have two of these with two store bought air compressors (the kind you work with air tools). Each of these compressors draws 13 amps. With these compressors running in my basement (with lines running all the way to my garage) I was concerned that the air line would break and leave the compressor running endlessly, overheating and catching fire. The plan was to buy two for each compressor and be able to turn off the compressors when I'm done. Works perfect. As a test, I opened the air line and ran the compressor for about 30 minutes (at 13 amps) and not only was the smart plug not hot, it was downright cool. There was no indication that 13 amps were going through.
