I was sent a valve assembly that was dented like it had fallen on an overhead outlet. It doesn't matter to me since I'm a metalsmith and planned to solder the PEX inserts (which I did). For the price of the device, it was a chore and most wouldn't have made it. The next problem was that the plastic plaster sanded finish was not included (probably because the person who dropped the device returned it without them). At the moment I have the device soldered and connected, so I am forced to work with it. There is no time to deliver a new block. Luckily I have enough of these installed and I have hardware to work around. If not, check your parts and instructions to make sure all parts are in good condition. The device looked like new apart from a dent on the edge of the top connector.
