Too small. You may need 1 inch nails.

I usually drill through the concrete and then nail it down. Even the smallest concrete drill bit (1/8" diameter) is too wide for 3/4" mag nails. You will need 1 inch nails. They work great in combination with a 5/32" drill bit.
