It is difficult for a person with swelling in their feet to find suitable shoes. That's good, but there are a few things that could be improved. 1) Velcro - extend the velcro on both sides to accommodate adjustment due to swelling. So I haven't been able to use the 2nd velcro for a few days because it doesn't reach to the fixation. Other days I start loose and then tighten up throughout the day as the swelling goes down. 2) a little tight in the toe box - where the big toe meets the foot it's a little tight (width/height) due to the assembly of the shoe itself. If they made it a little wider and a little higher it would be more comfortable. 3) Need a tongue on the back to keep the back plane upright. Once I put them on, it usually takes a few minutes for the pressure from above to push the fluid out of my legs, which makes it a little more comfortable. So far, they stick to Sketchers' usual build quality and endurance. On a scale of 0 to 10 I would give them a 7.5 based on the above complaints.
