The product is still defective even after sending a replacement.
My first item arrived with a broken bulb. I asked for a replacement and they quickly sent one. The replacement bulb works great but the heating pad was broken like the bulb literally cracked. I didn't want to bother with another exchange so I just bought a heating pad at my local pet store.
