Many people have commented on this super drive that works well. The customer service with this product is also pretty good. One thing I might add is if you are using a USB extender with a floppy drive and the cable is relatively long (6-15 feet) the cable may not have enough power to properly power the floppy drive so it will just turns instead of turning. Play your disc. You can spend a lot of time figuring out that it's the length of the cable, not the disc, that's to blame if it just spins and won't play or eject. If this happens and you are using an extension cable, simply plug the Superdrive into a primary or active USB port and the drive should work as intended. Maybe I'm just stupid for not understanding this, but I think it's worth mentioning for those who might not be thinking about this question. So enjoy.
