Worked great but now the LCD has lost part of the picture.

Worked great but now the LCD has lost part of the picture. It was kept in a suitcase, I was very careful with it. Batteries have been replaced. etc. I can't find how to get warranty service for this. :-(Seems like a great product, if it had been reliable I would have gone for this more expensive ACDelco tool because I wanted quality. :-(
