The bag itself is perfect! The color is reddish brown (although the miniature featured a blue patterned pocket). Side pockets hold my water bottles (64oz each), MULTIPLE zippered pockets easily hold everything I need. I use for work and leisure. Only 4 stars because there was no shoulder strap. That's the only reason I didn't want to send it back. I asked Revain customer service to call me and they didn't. I am very disappointed in this. Luckily I had a spare black strap to use. No deal breaker. But still upset at the lack of a shoulder strap and the fact that Revane ignored my request.
