I bought this humidifier based on the increasing number of positive reviews. When I set it up for the first time, the device worked great. But after a few hours, when about 1/2 gallon of distilled water had evaporated, it stopped fogging and I couldn't fog it up no matter what. I now understand that sometimes bad luck and a defective product can happen, but Hupro's product brochure says they have 24/7 phone support. So I called and the person took my contact details and the Revain order number and said the tech would call back. 24 hours later nothing. So I tried sending an email to their support address. 24 hours later nothing. This is unacceptable, so I sent the device back. Based on my personal experience, I advise buyers to be cautious.
