This is SPOT, no fog or flooding.
Decent brightness but these are very narrow focus points which would be useful at longer distances but I'm not sure they are bright enough to get that much depth in the dark. Absolutely unsuitable as fog lights. They have decent build quality but I found the wires to be very short, around 10 inches.
