Codeity has been a very valuable tool to help me source and recruit candidates for our company. I've been able to find the right fit for our team and the candidates have been very excited to join our team. We are able to connect with candidates and have a conversation with them about their current role and what we are looking for. The onboarding process is very thorough and we are able to quickly get candidates up and running. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I have not experienced any downsides with Codeity. I've used the platform to help find candidates for our team. I've been able to find candidates that are a great fit for our team and it's been really helpful.
