Usually there isn't much to say about the USB cable. However, this one is good and works as advertised. I bought this cable to use with a police scanner. The scanner has a mini USB port on the side, which allows the device to be powered and programmed via a PC. With the standard cable, I feel like it comes right out of the side port, making it unstable and prone to tipping over. With this L-shaped cable, it completely solves the problem and makes the scanner much more stable.
