Works well but not as comfortable as I thought
I thought I would use it more for carrying underwear in and out of the basement but it's not as comfortable as I thought. If I had an injury or something like that, that would certainly be very helpful. It was uncomfortable for me to maneuver. I mainly use it for heavier items that I need to move up and down stairs, not everyday laundry. This is a good strong product but not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Although it is as advertised.
