
It probably works for plants but definitely dangerous for fish. This thing leeches a hell lot of ammonia into the tank I’m not even kidding. New tank was dead green on ammonia test for more than a month. I put two tabs in my old 10 gallon and it’s having an ammonia spike now. Good thing is that my fish are still alive but lost their coloration. Doing water changes to save them. How did I find out? I did another new 20 gallon yesterday and it’s dead green on ammonia test again.
