I have just received the mirror and although it was in a plastic case the finish was worn. After removing the plastic cover on the corners of the mirror, 3 spots chipped or didn't stick when pressing the mirror. I tried rubbing an area and a small piece broke off. All the clues in the product description led me to believe that the mirror was of higher quality, but the poor condition upon receipt quickly changed my mind.
