Review on πŸ” Optimized for SEO: Elkay D115151 Dayton Single Bowl Drop-in Stainless Steel Bar Sink by Kyle Rodman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good sink. Just don't rely on instructions to cut a hole in your countertop.

Good sink. I wish they included a template for cutting the hole. Be careful when cutting the sink hole. The instructions say: (And this forces you to decrease the size of the hole). I had to trim mine twice.1. Turn the sink over the contour of the sink.2. Measure 5/16 of an inch inside the line you just created.3. Cut out the hole as accurately as possible. This didn't work for me as the hole was too small. Instead, first outline the sink, then measure the distance at the guides (the sink is upside down). Transfer the values from the shell to the stroked path. . It's a lot easier to cut the hole *once*, get it right the first time. I used a jigsaw through a 1.125 inch countertop. The fasteners weren't quite right for a 1.125" rack, they worked, but barely. however no complaints.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Money box Price
