Thank you URC! Someone finally figured it out. A remote control that does what a remote control is supposed to do, WORKS! I've tried several other popular remotes including the Harmony, they just didn't work. Their customer service was just as bad as their remotes. Sent them back for a refund. I have a fairly large home theater consisting of a projector, a couple of TVs, and a couple of Blu-ray players. This part handles the whole setup with ease, many of the macros work well. It's a high-end tool with a full set of commands and feels good in your hand. I've seen reviews that indicate a tough attitude, I've had no such problem. You don't need a computer either. The remote control uses a built in database which works very well. This remote control sets the standard for high-quality remote controls. I would buy a URC remote again at any time.
