I attached a longer hose to the suction side to get further into the gas tank. If your hose is kinked like mine, run it under warm water for about 30 seconds and the kink will go away. It is also recommended to soften the tubing with warm water before attaching it to the barbed end as this is much easier. No leaks, works fine. Flow is decent after flushing with air.
