If you currently have a Fontana shower faucet, it WILL NOT WORK. The dural flap protrudes too far to work with the fontanelle compartment/posterior case. Even without a hose and spray pen. The dural valve itself protrudes too far. If you're stuck with a fontanel, you'll need to replace it with the same one or buy a different back cover. Also note that the Dura Mater does not come with new extension tubing. Your originals are probably already brittle and you can buy new ones at the hardware store. Besides, it's a good product. If I had known it wouldn't fit in my pendant I would have gone the other way instead of the dura mater.
