Wow Cool Master right? Missing washers and screws for the motherboard? They are not that expensive. If you don't have the common sense or the courtesy to put them in your package, you could at least let people know the case won't come with them so people can plan accordingly, rather than another day or two on the to service screws that should be purchased separately or try to cut screws from other parts of the case? It's just unforgivable of you. This is enough not to recommend this case. Also, if you're trying to put a 3-fan heatsink on top, you'll need to remove the CD tray, and depending on your cooling solution, the top two drive bays are dedicated for that only. To do this, you have to almost completely disassemble the case. Cool way to disassemble the case to get the screws for the motherboard (roll your eyes). There really are no words. These are simple concepts that had to be implemented or contemplated when building a large tower body. Last Cooler Master case that I will buy soon.
