Roof rack arrived without all of the parts!
Arrived fast, but package was short the end caps with locks, and keys. Contacted revain, another package was sent out. This time complete. revain supplied a return label via UPS to return the original box, which was good, but still an inconvenience being I live 30 minutes away from the closest UPS store. Roof rack was easy to install, and seems sturdy. However, being a high profile, it's like your driving in a wind tunnel with the rack installed. Not sure if I would buy this again, if needed.
