Not what I expected

The pictures are very deceiving and make this pillow WAY bigger/thicker than it is. It's incredibly thin and about 1/8" thick. I think foam needs to be added to make it 'bigger.' Adding an extra pillow under the pillow makes it a little more comfortable, but it does the whole purpose as far as the price is concerned this pillow is definitely not worth nearly $70 I would recommend thinking twice if you have neck/shoulder issues (like me) and are looking for a supportive pillow as there probably isn't anything is for you.
