The customer service is amazing! They are always there to help you out with any questions or concerns that arise during your stay. I have nothing negative about this software so far as it's been easy to use and very user friendly. We've had some issues with our billing information being inaccurate but their team has worked closely with us to get everything resolved in no time at all. It was great working with them because they were able to give me advice on how to fix my issue quickly without having to wait weeks or months for someone from another department to respond. This software allows us to track reservations and keep an accurate count of inventory which helps us manage our business better.
