These bulbs have an excellent color temperature and 2700K. Not too pink and not too yellow, they are as close to halogen as I've seen. The only problem I have is that the spring clip keeps coming loose during installation. You can adjust it with a screwdriver and it should be in the perfect position. I used tape to pull the ends of the clips together, then once in the hole I used scissors to poke and cut the tape and they popped out. If the clip was attached with a screw rather than a bent piece of metal it would be much better and they wouldn't come loose about half the time you're trying to install a light.
