I ordered this coat for my adopted dog who is undergoing heartworm treatment and figured he needed several coats to be comfortable. Another coat I bought (different brand) fits perfectly. This coat was - with the same measurements and according to their size chart - huge. The material is thin and not soft, has a strong chemical smell and there are stains/dirt on the inside of the coat. Incredibly disappointing. Not that you can expect much for $9, but I would at least expect it not to be dirty and dirty. The only use I see is as a rag to clean up accidents involving foster dogs. Complete disappointment.
