Easy to use; saves time by not having multiple programs open at once when you have several providers or different types of paperwork in front if u (examples would be xrays/CT scans). I wish it had an option like "send this immediately" rather than waiting until all info has been entered before sending out information so someone else doesn't go back through everything just as they are going into their final step with no idea what's next! It does help organize your documents & files easily without any clutter from paper copies - helps keep things cleaner which results in less mistakes being made while working.
