surprisingly good for sponge
I compare them to the standard green and yellow sponges as well as the "eco" sponges. I never thought until now that there is a big difference from one sponge to another. I only use sponges to clean pots, pans, bakeware and knives. These black sponges make them much cleaner! They also resist knives a little better! And I got the impression that they don't scratch that much (although it's hard to tell). I've been using them for many months now. I just wish they came in other colors.
