Size: Based on the shirts they sent me I would say the size chart is accurate. However, in contrast to the typical relaxed fit, the shirts are slightly thinner. Elasticity: These shirts have good elasticity built in, so they fit my body very well. Seams: Very good, no complaints Moisture Wicking: I don't feel that these shirts absorb sweat very well, but that doesn't bother me as they are training shirts. Conclusion: I find these shirts very good for training. 4 stars
