Powertec blades dull quickly and are made of mild steel.

These Powertec blades are terrible and dull very quickly. Severe notches appear after planing just a few boards, and it only gets worse from there. Expect to change them frequently if you stick with this junk brand. Delta blades last about 10 times longer. at least.
