Tennis shoes are a copy of the Nike Air brand of sports shoes. Unlike the Nike Air line, the air bubble in the heel does not contribute much to good cushioning. I would not recommend this shoe for long distance running, walking or any other strenuous physical activity that involves constant stress on your ankles, shins, knees and lower back. On the other hand, the shoe is well constructed and relatively stable.
