Silent burning and incomplete package

Recording at 16x speed for a single layer DVD took about 10 minutes, which is good, but sometimes it takes longer when other programs are using memory in the background . Nero is the best software for this DVD burner. Setup was easy as long as you have the extra power cord and host cable. Luckily I had old cables to connect the DVD drive. When I ordered this DVD burner, no cables were included, which is inconvenient. It has to be the whole package.
