The ears are excellent, by the way. At first, the minimal noise reduction bothered me, but now it's completely great. Although I haven't experienced it myself, I have read reports that the case's contents are tough to remove. In favor, below: Great sound for its size, and the portability and battery life are just what I need, but I have nothing to compare it to (these are my first TWS). They're secure in the ears without being uncomfortable. Fantastic transparency mode, far superior than the XM4s and my wife's AirPods Pro. When I first got it, the noise cancellation wasn't as effective as Apple's, but when I did one of the ates, it was excellent. Ill effects: Usefulness-wise, touch controls fall short of the mark. The whole effect is ruined by the fact that the case lid is dangling just a hair. The on-off switch and proximity sensor stop functioning if they are left lying inside the case for an extended period of time after being switched on.
