Forgot to remove the mount before insurance locked the bike, ordered another one, it works the same as the first one. Update: someone was driving in front of me and crashed my bike (not my fault). The phone mount survived but I forgot to remove it so it stayed with the bike when the insurance company claimed it. After 6 months I received my new bike and it was the first thing I bought for it.
