Excited and happy about using Rackspace Cloud Hosting
The customer service is great, they are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that arise during your stay at their hotel. They can be very slow in responding sometimes but nothing major. You will have access to everything from room reservations to billing information once installed. I am able to check my account anytime day or night without having to wait around or call someone back. It's easy for me to see if there were any problems with anything while staying at one of their hotels.

- Also no fees associated just simple payments made directly into our card as we use credit cards so this makes things easier too! Great support team who has helped us get set up quickly along wth other issues related specifically within dls p
