Cable too short for medium-sized boat trailer

Cable set too short. discovered this after partially installing the set. I had to hook up additional wires to get to the back of the trailer. I even called the manufacturer and they said the wire harness was 24 feet long. WRONG - mine was less than 20 feet. Be sure to check the length of your trailer before beginning installation. You may need to return the kit due to the short cable lengths. In addition, the mounting hardware provided with the kit is NOT made of stainless steel. Nowadays, simple galvanized fittings don't make sense for a boat trailer that will definitely be in the water.
