This display is very well made. Stable metal housing, strong connections, almost no plastic. The image quality is okay, which is mainly due to the fact that the screen is relatively small, so the pixel density is very high. The viewing angles aren't amazing, but they're quite usable. The resolution isn't very common, if you search for 1600x768 you won't find many matches. NVidia cards output this fine by default, on Intel graphics you may need to create a custom resolution, but it works. The USB powered option is excellent as I don't need to plug in another outlet to turn it on and it can be used as a portable monitor. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, well-built display with a relatively high resolution, get this one.
