We tried one of the two cartridges we bought and there was an error code so we put them aside and kept using the ones already in the printer until then It was a moment to understand what the problem was. Now we had a free minute, after 3 months we tried a cartridge again and again and showed the error code. These cartridges look smaller and look different than the ones we've used. We thought maybe they were wrong. I checked the box again and yes they are for our printer. So we tried another cartridge in the box and it works fine. It's too late to return a bad one but it wasn't a big investment so it's ok but for now I'll look for a new source.
